For third party applications. Download the Application Ad-hoc network creator windows 8/8.1
-Run the application and Enter "2" to create your own wi-fi hotspot
-Now Enter "1" to create a Hotspot
-Enter SSID or Hotspot name
-Enter Password or Key
The Hotspot has been created on your windows 8.1 machine
-To Disconnect-Instead of creating Hotspot, Enter 2 as to disconnect hotspot
