Xiaomi has finalized the arrangement of coming to sell there device in Africa as Africa has been in the fore front of more recent technological advancement in the direction information Technology.
The Chinese company said they will be selling the their Device line up of the Redmi 2 and Mi4 and the device will be at the vary price of $160 and $320 begin from South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria before entering other countries.
The Xiaomi’s Global Strategy Director Raymond Tian Said in a statement that “We see Africa as the next frontier for smartphone growth and we are excited to be partnering with MIA Group to offer consumers in these three countries our high-quality smartphones at amazing prices.”
It is stated that Xiaomi has made the Mobile in Africa (MIA) Group the chief and sole seller in Africa. MIA Group has presence in 14 African Africa countries as a full-service distributor for the markets, which service includes importation, logistics, marketing, and support services.
